Shipping Policy
Please note that model Airplanes are fragile and despite our best efforts, can still get damaged during careless shipping when courier companies damage the packaging with excessive forces. We do insure against damages, but the value does not exceed the purchase price of the items. Upon receipt of the shipping damaged evidence / pictures and parts, we will ship replacement parts for you to get your plane complete again or replace the whole airframe if needed
Custom planes and parts with custom color schemes and Tailnumbers are not fully returnable items but damaged parts will be replaced with the same color parts. We can however only do so upon receipt of the damaged parts.
Regular unused Product can be returned to us for a refund of the original purchase price (less the shipping cost) if they are undamaged and packaged in the original packaging only, not once they have been built, assembled or used.
